If you are reading this, you are finding me in transition…

I describe myself as a woman breaking into herself. A home becoming her favorite place. Breaking and becoming, two constants within nature and this life experience, require, if not demand, transition.

Currently I am in the process of transitioning out of the corporate arena, out of old habits and decayed ways of thinking and being, and into new ways that allow me to be in alignment with myself, my gifts and callings. I am also transitioning away from pretending this, transitioning and breaking, is easy or can be done perfectly, or gracefully.

Through this transition, one of the many questions I am addressing is, ‘How do I simultaneously break, create, and regenerate?’ In my experience, and nature seems to be the best evidence, this trifecta, breaking, creating and regenerating, go together and repeatedly happen in tandem.
