In a few lines, I would say that I am a woman breaking into herself. A home becoming her favorite place. A writer alchemizing emotion, and a journey-teller, guiding myself, and others in the narration of our stories, and the reimagining our paths and being.
For two decades I made a career out of bringing ideas to life. I took my first big, and passionate leap at 16 when I journeyed 3,000 miles from home to take advantage of an opportunity to study with the renown Dance Theatre of Harlem. This one leap led to 13 years of an east coast experience within which I completed my undergraduate education at Fordham University at Lincoln Center, and began my tenure at Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation. Over the years I have served partners, individuals and brands, domestically and abroad, as event producer, project manager, and magic maker.
In 2018, I took a more personal, and imaginative leap and founded ALL HER WORDS, a journey-telling platform dedicated to honoring the voices and experiences of a fuller spectrum of women.
Currently, residing in Los Angeles, California, I continue to work to create harmony between my professional endeavors and creative callings which include harvesting words (Words, As Fruit), guiding others in accessing their own voices, and creating spaces and experiences that allow for deeper, and more rooted being.
What more can I share with you? Let’s get in touch.
“are you an artist?”, they ask.
“yes.”, i say.
“what do you create?”, they ask.
“feeling.”, i say.
